Order Processing
All orders placed through our website are processed within 1-2 business days, subject to payment confirmation via Razorpay. You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice shortly after your successful transaction. Orders are processed during standard business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, our delivery partners will ensure your product reaches you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries in metro cities may be quicker, while remote areas may require additional time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at the checkout page before you make the payment. We aim to offer transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking ID via email/SMS, enabling you to monitor your delivery in real-time.
