Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sign-up Charge
The Driver shall pay a one-time, non-refundable fee (“Sign-up Charge”) to enroll in the Company’s battery swapping network.

Security Deposit
Prior to renting any Batteries from the Company, the Driver must deposit an interest-free security amount as specified by the Company.

Re-enrollment
If the Driver terminates their association with the Company and later decides to rejoin the battery swapping network, they will be required to pay both the Sign-up Charge and the Security Deposit again as per Clauses (1) and (2).

Daily Battery Rental Charge
The Driver shall pay a daily rental fee (“Daily Charge”) for the use of the Batteries, regardless of whether the Battery is swapped each day. This charge is to be paid at the designated station where the Battery is collected.

Modification of Charges
The Company reserves the right to amend or modify the Battery Rental Charges, along with any related terms and conditions, at its sole discretion. Prior notice of such changes shall be provided to the Driver under this Agreement. If the Driver does not agree with the revised terms, they may choose to terminate this Agreement. However, in such a case, the Sign-up Charge shall be forfeited.

Adjustment and Refund of Security Deposit
Upon termination of this Agreement, the Company may adjust any outstanding dues of the Driver against the Security Deposit. The remaining balance of the Security Deposit, if any, will be refunded within thirty (30) days from the date of termination.

Forfeiture of Sign-up Charge
If the Agreement is terminated by the Driver for any reason, or by the Company due to a breach or other valid cause, the Sign-up Charge shall be forfeited and retained by the Company.
